What is a "Blind Box" and can I choose a specific character?
Blind boxes add a touch of magical surprise to your day! Each box is sealed randomly, meaning the specific character inside remains a secret until you open it. Because of this exciting mystery nature, specific characters cannot be hand-picked or requested.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
To ensure fast processing and shipping, no cancellations or changes are allowed after opening or once your order has entered our fulfillment queue. Please double-check your items and cart before checking out!

Are OioOio squishies handmade?
Yes! Every single squishy in our shop is carefully crafted by hand. Because they are artisanal creations, minor individual differences or tiny air bubbles may occasionally appear—this makes every single piece uniquely yours!
How do I take care of my slow-rebound squishy?
To keep your squishy velvety and soft, keep it away from direct sunlight, high heat, and sharp objects. If dust accumulates, gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth or a little bit of mild soap and let it air dry. Do not submerge or pull aggressively.
